Thank you for volunteering your time and going above and beyond to help create an amazing experience for our student athletes and their families. Please find your role below and review the list of requirements for each position. At the bottom of this page in blue, you will then find the volunteer form and links to trainings. (NOTE: Parents volunteering for their normal required volunteer hours for concession, chain gang, MPR, gate fee collection, etc. do not need to submit documentation or participate in any training listed on this page)

FOOTBALL: Commissioner & Asst. Football Commissioner

Volunteer / Background Check Form + Copy of Front/Back of Driver's License (send to compliance@eastmanateebulldogs.com)

Pop Warner Southeast Region Football Training (Online, open for previously certified only, good for 3 years)

USA Football Training (Online, required yearly)

If a first time commissioner, you may need to attend an in-person Southeast admin or football training. You will be contacted if this is required of your position.

FOOTBALL: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Head/Asst. Coach

Pop Warner Southeast Region Football Training (Online, open for previously certified coaches only, good for 3 years)

USA Football Training (Online, required yearly)

If a first time coach, you may need to attend an in-person Southeast football training. Our football commissioner will contact you if this is required of your position.

FOOTBALL: 6U Head/Asst. Coach

Pop Warner Southeast Region Football Training (Online, open for previously certified coaches only, good for 3 years)

Tiny Mite Football Training (Online, required yearly)

If a first time coach, you may need to attend an in-person Southeast football training. Our football commissioner will contact you if this is required of your position.

FOOTBALL: Coach Trainee (Age 16/17)

Football Coach Trainees also require the same paperwork and forms as our rostered youth athletes. Original Birth Certificate (if first time) and Report Card (all 4 quarters) must be submitted. The following forms also must be submitted: EMB Code of Conduct, Pop Warner Player Contract/Consent Form, and the Pop Warner Physical Fitness & Medical History form.
