Welcome, Official Staff Volunteers!

Thank you for volunteering your time and going above and beyond to help create an amazing experience for our student athletes and their families. Please find your role below and review the list of requirements for each position. At the bottom of this page in blue, you will then find the volunteer form and links to trainings. (NOTE: Parents volunteering for their normal required volunteer hours for concession, chain gang, MPR, gate fee collection, etc. do not need to submit documentation or participate in any training listed on this page)

• Volunteer / Background Check Form (send to badges@eastmanateebulldogs.com)

• Depending on your role, you may need to attend an in-person admin training. You will be contacted if this is required of your position.

• USA Football Training (Online, required yearly)
• Pop Warner SER Training (every 3 years, in person)

• If a first time coach, you will need to attend an in-person Southeast football training.

• If a first time coach, you will need to attend an in-person Southeast football training.

• Football Coach Trainees also require the same paperwork and forms as our rostered youth athletes. Original Birth Certificate (if first time) and Report Card (all 4 quarters) must be submitted. • YCADA Training (Online, required yearly) - First time, please take Y101PW. If you completed the Y101PW Course previously, you are eligible to take the advanced Y102PW Refresher or Y103PW Course. You should receive an email invite from YCADA to take one of these courses. If you did not receive the invite, please contact YCADA.
• Pop Warner SER Training (every 2 years, in person)
• If a first time commissioner or coach, you may need to attend an in-person Southeast Spirit training. You will be contacted if this is required of your position.
