Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the East Manatee Bulldogs Football and Cheer program! Your support plays a crucial role in helping us provide a positive and enriching experience for our youth athletes.

To become a sponsor, please follow these simple steps:

1. Download the Sponsorship Form below: Click the link below to download the sponsorship form PDF. This form provides detailed information about the sponsorship packages available and what comes with each package.
2. Select Your Sponsorship Package: Review the sponsorship packages outlined in the form and select the package that best suits your preferences and budget.
3. Fill Out the Form: Complete the sponsorship form that is located on the last page of the PDF by filling in your contact information, selecting your desired sponsorship package, and providing any additional details or preferences.
4. Submit Your Form: Once you've filled out the form, you have two options for submitting it:
   
   • Electronically: Email the completed form to JasonZabawa@hotmail.com
   • In Person: Arrange for the filled-out form to be delivered to Jay in person at the contact information below.

Confirmation: Upon receiving your sponsorship form, our team will review it and follow up with you to confirm your sponsorship details and discuss any additional arrangements or requirements (such as obtaining a company graphic, etc)
