1. Birth Certificate: All athletes new to EMB, as well as any athletes who were new to EMB during the 2025 AYF season, are required to submit an ORIGINAL birth certificate to be certified/re-certified through FYD Pop Warner. Original birth certificates will be returned once verified. Estimated return date is on or shortly after 8/1. Please email compliance@eastmanateebulldogs.com with any questions.
2. 2026 EMB Code of Conduct Parent/Athlete Signature Page: Please read the Code of Conduct with your child and complete the signature page (see below for download).
3. Volunteer Check (choose one option): As always, ALL families are required to perform 15 hours of volunteer time for the season (20 for families with multiple athletes). OPTION 1: If you plan to volunteer, we will collect a $600 collateral check to be destroyed once hours are complete at the end of the season. OPTION 2: If you wish to opt-out of volunteering, you may submit a check for $500 to be cashed immediately to go towards hired help & expenses, and we thank you for your donation.
4. Equipment Check (football only): $250 collateral check, to be destroyed at the end of the season once equipment (helmet & shoulder pads) is returned.
5. 2025-2026 School Year Report Card: Please submit as soon as your child's report card becomes available through their school. Document MUST show ALL 4 QUARTERS.
