1. Birth Certificate: NEW athletes to EMB need to submit ORIGINAL to be returned once verified. Estimated date of return is on or shortly after 8/1. (Not needed for returning players from previous year, provided we have it on file).
2. 2026 EMB Code of Conduct Parent/Athlete Signature Page: Please read the Code of Conduct with your child and complete the signature page (see below for download).
3. Volunteer Check (choose one option): As always, ALL families are required to perform 15 hours of volunteer time for the season (20 for families with multiple athletes). OPTION 1: If you plan to volunteer, we will collect a $600 collateral check to be destroyed once hours are complete at the end of the season. OPTION 2: If you wish to opt-out of volunteering, you may submit a check for $500 to be cashed immediately to go towards hired help & expenses, and we thank you for your donation.
4. Equipment Check (football only): $250 collateral check, to be destroyed at the end of the season once equipment (helmet & shoulder pads) is returned.
5. 2025-2026 School Year Report Card: Please submit as soon as your child's report card becomes available through their school. Document MUST show ALL 4 QUARTERS.
